Danny’s Recommendation: Ohne-Ká and The Burning River

This week I am really into Syracuse, NY’s own Ohne-ká and the Burning River. If you like some amazing riffs and instrumental music, akin to Sleep or Neurosis, then you’ll love this band! Ohne-Ká and the Burning River is Steven Glor, Ryan Jones, David Sax and Adam Althoff. You can find some of their work on Bandcamp, with a new album expected this year (2015). Opening for the likes of Andrew W.K. and Mouth of the Architect, this band is on the verge of huge national breakthrough! I’m a big fan of this group and am proud of their success.
